While the president focused on the war

The greatest devastation occurred in the state of New Orleans

as a region of the descendants of black slaves

help and concern was secondary to war

The White House in Washington was intact

And the black house destroyed New Orleans

More like slavery and lived sad Blues

It was time to rebuild and rise from the ashes

Jesus save America did not work

Then it was time America's people show their strength

With the help of other countries to survive

And the black warrior blues singing happy again
